Whipped Fresh Orange Honey Butter

Flavor.  There are different ways to get it into what you’re eating.  You can flavor what you eat or you can flavor what you put on what you eat.  I lean more toward the latter.  Rather than to drink flavored coffee, I’d rather have freakin’ awesome plain coffee and several flavors of creamer or syrups that I can play around with.  It’s the same with bread.  Rather than having flavored bagels or flavored breads, I’d rather have a plethora of butters, jams and cream cheeses so that I feel like I’m getting something different every day.

This super simple butter will WOW your bread…and it ain’t bad on pancakes, either.
